A day with me starts at 10:00 a.m. in the studio, where I show the customer a pre-arranged motif. If the motif is agreed upon, I print a template which I then transfer to the skin and we start tattooing. If any changes are needed, we will adjust the motif so that the tattoo will 100% fulfill your idea. I do not use any ointments or other pain killers for tattooing, I am fundamentally against it. During the tattoo itself, I try to avoid unnecessary stops except for lunch or to request a break from the client.

The session itself is usually around 6 to 8 hours long. I recommend that clients bring headphones, a tablet, laptop or something to focus their attention and relax during the process. We have lunch together in the studio, but I still recommend bringing some snacks and some quick sugars like Coca Cola or chocolate - they are great for pain relief.

Taking care of a fresh tattoo

Wash the fresh tattoo, use antibacterial soap, dry with kitchen towels and let it breathe for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes without lubrication, wrap in a diaper overnight WITHOUT applying cream. In the morning, unwrap the tattoo, wash again with antibacterial soap and dry with a kitchen towel. In case the diaper "sticks" to the tattoo, I recommend to wet the diaper first and take it off carefully to avoid unnecessary damage to the skin.

In case the tattoo does NOT ooze plasma (clear liquid) after washing, seal the tattoo after 15-20 minutes WITHOUT cream in the adhesive foil. Leave it for 24 hours. If the tattoo is leaking plasma, I recommend to treat it with a diaper for at least one more day and night. It is important to change the diaper several times during the day (at least twice - in the afternoon and at bedtime). After sticking the special foil, I recommend to take it off after 24 hours, wash it, dry it and after 20 minutes stick it again WITHOUT cream in a new adhesive foil. Then leave it on the tattoo ideally for the next 3-5 days.
